Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, simply contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of purchase, and we will instruct you on how to return those products to us. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS. Our Customer Service department can be reached by email at service@twistedride.com or call (805) 491-2303
We will only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number. Any returned merchandise received without a valid RA Number will be refused.
- All returned items must be in resellable condition.
- DVD's and CD's should be unopened.
- Clothing should be clean and unworn.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
Freight Charges on Returns and Exchanges
Returns for Credit
Customer is responsible for the return freight. We will credit you for the price you paid for the items on your order.
Exchanges
If the item you ordered does not fit, or you wish to exchange an item you are still responsible for the return freight, but Twisted Ride will pay the freight to get you the item or size that you need. Please call to insure you get the correct product or size (805) 491-2303.
